Due to the nature of the shipping product, choose either Priority or Express Post shipping options when ordering worms.
They can only be kept in the bag for a few days. If we are shipping to P.O. boxes, pick up the package as soon as you get notified from Canada Post.
We will NOT be held responsible if worms do not make it due to the late pick up.
Please contact us if the worms you receive in a timely manner are not alive. We will try to do the best for our customers and resolve any issues!!!
