Important Shipping Information
We ship every Monday unless it is a long weekend!!!
NOTE: For the packages to be shipped on Monday, all orders must be received by Sunday 9 pm (central time).
Due to the nature of the shipping product, choose ONLY Priority shipping options when ordering worms. If you choose a regular parcel, the worms might not arrive alive and, therefore, we cannot be held responsible.
If we are shipping to P.O. boxes, please pick up the package as soon as you get notified from Canada Post if it is not delivered in your mailbox.
Please contact us if the worms you receive in timely manner are not alive (send us pictures and the date of the package receipt).
We will try to do the best for our customers and resolve any issues!
