Dear customers! Due to the recent announcement of the Canada Post strike, we have no choice but to temporarily suspend the shipment of our products (including worms) across Canada! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, however, we have no power to change that. We are hopeful that this strike will end soon.

Please note: we ship worms on Mondays, so all orders must be placed by 8 pm on Saturday! It might take a week for the worms to arrive depending on your location. We appreciate your patience. The worms will be shipped in cotton bags for a better survival chance. Thank you.
They can only be kept in the bag for a few days. If we are shipping to P.O. boxes, pick up the package as soon as you get notified from Canada Post.
We will NOT be held responsible if worms do not make it due to the late pick up.
Please contact us if the worms you receive in a timely manner are not alive. We will try to do the best for our customers and resolve any issues!!!
